Refund policy
We want you to be happy with every purchase you make.
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Returns received after 14 days and up to 28 days from delivery will be eligible for a credit note. All items must be unworn, unused, returned in their original box and packaging, and with any tags attached.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, defective or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us straight away so we can put things right.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your product is faulty or defective, please email us at hello@greenesshoes.com and we will arrange to have it returned to us.
Once we have inspected the item, we will either replace it or refund you for the cost of the product. Where applicable, we will also refund the original delivery charge.
Any breakages, damages, faults or missing items should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE
We do not offer free returns. A charge of €4.99 will be deducted from your refund when using our DPD returns service.
You can return your items free of charge to any Greenes Shoes store. Please bring your dispatch invoice or proof of purchase with you when returning your order in-store.
You can also return your items through An Post or another courier service at your own cost if this is more convenient for you.

NEED TO RETURN?
All orders nationwide can be returned through DPD by following the simple steps below:
- Log on to www.dpd.ie
- Select PICK UP, then RETURNS and CONTINUE AS A GUEST
- Complete the returns section using your order number as the reference number
- Print your returns label and attach it to your parcel
- Drop your parcel to any DPD Pickup Point. Click Here to find the location most convenient to you
- Keep your receipt as proof of return until your refund has been processed
RETURNS OUTSIDE OF IRELAND
You can return your items to us through your local post office or courier service, whichever is most convenient for you.
The cost of these returns is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR DISPATCH INVOICE WITH ALL RETURNS AS WE REQUIRE THIS TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND.
EXCHANGES
If you need a different size or product, we ask that you return your order to us for a refund and place a new order online.
This helps us provide a faster and more efficient service to our customers.
OUR RETURNS GUIDELINES
You may inspect the items you buy as if you were in one of our stores. While deciding whether to keep your purchase, please take reasonable care of the goods.
Please ensure that all returned items are unworn, unused, returned in their original box and packaging, and returned with any tags attached.
Items showing signs of wear may not qualify for a refund.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, insoles, shoe care products, footcare products, or any item that has been opened, used or is no longer in its original condition.
If you are unsure whether an item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason.
Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging. You will also need your proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Returns received within 14 days of delivery will be eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Returns received after 14 days and up to 28 days from delivery will be eligible for a credit note.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund or credit note has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 working days. depening on your bank or card provider.
