Christmas Returns Policy

We are extending our exchange policy to allow any items purchased as a Christmas gift, to be returned accompanied with your receipt for an exchange/credit note until January 7th 2021.

To avail of a refund, goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase date accompanied by your receipt.

Online Returns

We are happy to offer all customers a full refund on any item returned to us within 14 days of receipt. 

Returning to a Greenes Store.

Shoes bought Online can be returned to any of our stores accompanied by your dispatch invoice for a full refund up to 14 days. Refunds are issued through Head Office by the original method of payment and NOT issued instore.

Please Note:  We do not offer any free returns, a charge of €4.99 will be deducted from your refund for the cost of your return.

We have teamed up with DPD to bring added convenience to returning your items. You can find all instructions of this on the back of your invoice or follow them below:

Need to return?

All orders nationwide can be returned through DPD by following the simple steps below: 

  1.  To return your unwanted item, please log on to , select PICK UP, then select RETURNS and CONTINUE AS A GUEST.
  2. . Fill out the returns section in order to download your returns label. The reference number is your order number
  3. Print your returns label and attach the label to your returns package.
  4. Drop off your package to any one of the DPD pickup points which are located across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Click here to find the location most convenient to you. On dropping off your parcel you will receive a receipt. It is important to keep your receipt as proof of return until you have received confirmation of your refund 

Returns outside of Ireland 

You can also choose to return your items to us through your local post office or courier service which ever is most convenient to you. The cost of these returns are incurred by the customer. We recommend that you use a method of postage that includes a tracking system.

We ask customers that need a change of size/product to return their order to us for a refund and place a new order for their new size online.  

This will help us provide a faster and more efficient service to our customers. We thank you for your understanding during these changes.


Our Returns Guidelines

We want you to be happy with every purchase you make. Accordingly, you may inspect the items you buy as if you were in one of our stores. While you are deciding to keep your purchases, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods. Therefore please do not damage the items whilst you inspect them or try them on for size. You must ensure goods returned are unworn and repacked in the original box.

Also if the product is defective, please arrange to return it as soon as possible following the above guidelines on and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product, and if applicable the original delivery cost. Any breakages, damages or faults should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing
