We are happy to offer a refund for your item when it is returned to us within 14 days. Goods can also be returned for a credit note within 28 days.
All items must be returned to us in their original packaging in a clean, re-saleable condition.
Please note: There may be a few days delay in the processing of online returns as extra health and safety precautions are followed. Please allow 1 week from returning your order to receive notification of your refund.
Items returned through An Post are at the customers own cost.
We have teamed up with DPD to bring added convenience to returning your items. You can find all instructions of this on the back of your invoice or follow the steps below. Please use this option when returning suspected faulty goods to us.

You can also choose to return your items to us through your local post office or courier service which ever is most convenient to you. The cost of these returns are incurred by the customer. We recommend that you use a method of postage that includes a tracking system.

We ask customers that need a change of size/product to return their order to us for a refund and place a new order for their new size online.
This will help us provide a faster and more efficient service to our customers. We thank you for your understanding during these changes.
We want you to be happy with every purchase you make. Accordingly, you may inspect the items you buy as if you were in one of our stores. While you are deciding to keep your purchases, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods. Therefore please do not damage the items whilst you inspect them or try them on for size. You must ensure goods returned are unworn and repacked in the original box.
It is our policy to return any item(s) to the purchaser if we suspect they show signs of wear or are marked/damaged.
If the product is defective, please report it to us at hello@greenesshoes,com and we will arrange a collection to have it returned to us and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product, and if applicable the original delivery cost. Any breakages, damages, faults or missing items should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing email@example.com
If you are returning goods to us that you suspect are faulty, we ask that they are in a clean, sanitary condition for our staff to handle.
