All orders nationwide can be returned through DPD by following the simple steps below:
You can also choose to return your items to us through your local post office or courier service which ever is most convenient to you. The cost of these returns are incurred by the customer. We recommend that you use a method of postage that includes a tracking system.

We ask customers that need a change of size/product to return their order to us for a refund and place a new order for their new size online.
This will help us provide a faster and more efficient service to our customers. We thank you for your understanding during these changes.
We want you to be happy with every purchase you make. Accordingly, you may inspect the items you buy as if you were in one of our stores. While you are deciding to keep your purchases, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods. Therefore please do not damage the items whilst you inspect them or try them on for size. You must ensure goods returned are unworn and repacked in the original box.
Also if the product is defective, please arrange to return it as soon as possible following the above guidelines on dpd.ie and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product, and if applicable the original delivery cost. Any breakages, damages or faults should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing email@example.com
