Do you charge for delivery?

We offer free delivery In Ireland and Northern Ireland on orders over €80, otherwise the cost is €5.

How long does delivery take?

1-2 Working Days.

What company handles your deliveries? During what hours?

DPD handle all our nationwide deliveries, with the usual DPD delivery hours.

Deliveries outside of Ireland are handled by Royal Mail and An Post.

What is your returns policy?

We are happy to offer you a refund to your original payment method within the cancellation period of 14 days from the day your goods are delivered. We offer the right to cancel and refund your order when your order is received back to our warehouse or returned in-store, no later than 14 days from when you let us know of your decision to return.

Is there a charge for returns?

A charge of €4.99 will be deducted from your refund for the cost of your return.

Can I cancel or change my order after I have just placed it?

Yes if the order hasn’t been processed – otherwise you will need to return the goods in order for a refund to be given on full-priced goods.

What should I do if I receive damaged/faulty goods?

Can I exchange an item?

We do not currently offer exchanges online. We kindly ask you return your original order to us for a refund and put through a new order online for your new required size.

We ask this due to the high level of daily sales, so that your item does not become out of stock.

Do you offer student discount online?

Yes, 10% student discount on full priced items is available to third level students online. Apply for the discount code by sending an email to hello@greenesshoes.com, with a scan or photo of your student card (both sides) and course expiry date.
